1. Do not paint Wireless Controller.
2. Clean Wireless Controllers with a soft damp cloth only. Do not use  
    any chemical cleaners.
3. Do not mix LR,LRA or LRB frequency products.
4. Device uses two (2) CR 2016 batteries.
5. Meets the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) temperature
    standards:-40°F (-40°C) to 235°F (113°C)

 QS Wireless system is
    highly dependent on a variety of complex factors such as: Distance  
    between system components.Geometry of the home. Construction  
    of walls seperating system components or electrical equipment locate
    near system components.

Open:
Tap once: shades or drapes go to  
open limit
Preset:
Tap once to recall a favorite shade or 
drape position. The preset button can  
be set up for any light level (see the  
next section: Setting Preset and Favorite  
Buttons on the wireless contoller
Close:
Tap once: shades or drapes go to  
close limit
Raise: 
Press upper white triangle button  
to move shades or drapes toward  
open limit.
Lower:
Press lower gray triangle button to move 
shades or drapes toward close limit.
These Wireless Controllers are compatible with most Homelink equipped 
vehicles. Please see the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions for  
programming information. (LR prefix)
 Notes:
· The wireless EDU’s must be paired with the Wireless Contoller in order for
  it to operate the wireless EDU.
· Batteries are included and are pre-installed. Battery lifetime is  
  approximately 5 years. 
 
 System Capacity:
· Each wireless controller can be paired with as many wireless EDU’s that
  are within its range
· Each wireless EDU can be paired with up to 20 wireless controllers.
Basic Programming

Pairing an EDU and wireless controller
Enter pairing mode
a. Press and hold the Open Limit button
  on the EDU until its LED flashes green
  then turns steady to enter pairing mode.
b. Press and hold the Close Limit button
  on the EDU until its LED flashe green
  the LED on the external antenna flashes
  green.

Pairing controller to EDU
a. Simultaneously press and hold Open,
  Preset, and Close buttons on the  
  wireless controller to be paired  
  (3 seconds) until the LED on the  
  antenna flashes green.
b. EDU will jog shade or drape back  
  and forth two times to confirm pairing  
  is complete.

Exit pairing mode
a. Press and hold Open Limit button  
  on the EDU until its LED flashes green
b. Press and hold Close Limit button  
  until LED flashes green then goes off.

Note:
For all Wireless Switches set up to a Wireless Contoller the Raise Button 
move shades or drapes toward open limit. The Lower Button will produce 
no change.
Symptom
Solution
Shade or drape will not move using  
adjustment buttons on EDU.
EDU is not powered - check EDU Power
by unplugging and re-plugging in EDU.
LED should flash for 5 seconds.
Shade or drape  is obstructed on something -  
Remove obstruction.
Shade or drape does not fully open or 
fully close.
Limits have been set incorrectly - refer to  
“Set open limit” and “Set close limit” sections. 
Shade or drape  is obstructed - Remove  
obstruction.
IR controls will not operate shade  
or drape.
IR transmitter does not have line-of-sight  
to IR receiver
Out of range - move to within 40 ft (12 m)  
of IR receiver
EDUs not assigned to IR receiver
IR receiver not plugged into any EDU within range
IR remote control batteries are  not providing  
power - replace them
