3) Complete the form and return it to your Oki Data Sales Manager who will review/
qualify you. If qualified, you will receive a Reseller Welcome Kit, complete with reseller 
ID# and details on all current applicable marketing programs.

Form and fax it to Hibbert/Oki Data at 609-393-0338. For current information regarding 
literature or to request forms, call the Oki Data Marketing Services Fulfillment Coordinator 
at 856-222-7083.

If you’re not a Servicing Dealer, you and your customers can still receive Warranty Service

through Authorized OKI Servicing Dealers or 3rd Party Service Organizations.

telephone number ready.
