Display Panel

The display panel shows function menus, error messages, and the machine's operation status.

• Impact or pressure of more than 30 N (3 kgf) will damage the screen. (N = Newtons; kgf = kilogram force; 1 kgf = 9.8 N)

The function items displayed serve as selector keys. You can select an item by pressing it lightly.
When you select an item on the display panel, the item will appear highlighted as follows: 
Items or keys that are unavailable for selection appear grayed out as follows: 
By default, the printer screen is displayed after the machine is turned on.

1. Waiting Jobs:

Displays queued print jobs.

2. Paper Tray Status indicators

Displays paper tray settings.

3. Login

Press this key to log in, and then enter your login user name and password on the machine's control panel.
If authentication is specified, users and administrators must log in before they can use this machine.

4. Printed Jobs

Displays the current print job and earlier print jobs. Jobs in the list that are suspended are indicated by "Suspending",
which appears to the left of the job name.

5. Suspend Printing

Displays suspended print jobs.

6. Resume Printing

Press this to resume suspended jobs.

7. System Status

Displays machine's system status.
