This module was granted as FCC/IC Limited Modular Approval. Host systems must provide regulated
supply voltages to the module. Separate evaluation must be required for any portable configuration.

separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons.
OEM integrators and end-users must be provided with specific information required to satisfy RF
