The following suggestions will help your device working better:

Make sure your finger is clean and not wet.



Put your finger full covered on the fingerprint sensor.



You can rotate and put your fingers with 360° rotation.

Choose your Clever

When the user start the application.

The Clever application's scanning interface is the first user

interface.
After that, touch on the fingerprint sensor of Clever Lock and

tap to connect your lock on the mobile app.

Charging the battery

Before using the device for the first time, you must charge the

battery.

Charge your device using the performance charger (DC: 5V -

1A). You can also charge your device using a USB cable

connected to a computer, but charging might take longer.
Hold the cable with the facing up, and connect the cable into

the function port on your device. Plug the charger into a power

outlet.

Keeping your battery charged

Your Clever device uses a lithium polymer battery. To

maximize your use the battery, when possible, do the

following:


Avoid using the device while charging to help it recharge

faster.



Avoid charging, using, or storing your device in extremely

hot or cold places.



Should charge your Clever every 3 months. Avoid your

device is turned off in low battery condition for a long time.

LED status indicator

The following table shows what the LED status indicators are

for and what the different colors or flashing of the lights mean.

Description

No light

Clever is in sleep mode.
The battery in Clever is at 0%

(connect to a power source via

USB to charge).

Green

Solid

Unlock completed.

Pulse

Clever is connected to power

source and is charging. When the

charging is full, the LED will turn

off to save energy.

Red

Solid

Lock completed.

Yellow

Flashing (one flash

per five seconds)

Battery level of Clever is

under 30%.

Fast Flashing

Fingerprint data processing.

Solid

Clever is busy.
