Per CFR 47, Paragraph 2.933, Motorola respectfully requests a change in identification for the indicated
transmitter.
The affected transmitter is as follows:

(1) The original identification used
The original identification used for the transmitter is PURMCSERIESOPM. This is a multi-carrier transmitter that
is used in iDEN systems.
(2) The date of the original grant
The date of the original grant of equipment authorization is 08/27/2007.
(3) How the equipment bearing the modified identification differs from the original equipment
The change requested is in identification only. There is no change in design, circuitry, or construction of the unit
other than company logos and labeling. The front panels on the equipment have the Motorola logos rather than
the RadioFrame Networks logos. The identification label also contains ‘Motorola’ as well as the updated FCC
identification number, ABZMCSERIESOPM.
(4) Whether the original test results continue to be representative / applicable
All original test results currently on file with the commission are applicable and are representative of current and
future shipping product. The equipment will be completely compatible and interchangeable with the existing
equipment previously shipped by RadioFrame Networks. The form, fit, and function of the equipment is identical.
(5) Exterior appearance photographs
An image of the new label is shown below. The FCC ID label goes in the front inside door jam of the outdoor
enclosure. External photographs of the unit are shown on the following page.
