C h a n g i n g t h e G r e e t i n g

The greeting can be up to 15 characters and is displayed on the first line of your phone’s
display screen in Standby mode.
To change your greeting:
1. From the Standby mode, press  MENU/OK to display the main menu.
2. Highlight S e t t i n g s , and press  MENU/OK.
3. Highlight D i s p l a y , and press  MENU/OK.
4. Highlight G r e e t i n g , and press  MENU/OK.
5. Select either U s e r n a m e  or C u s t o m .

l U s e r n a m e to display the username when you are signed in.

l C u s t o m to customize the greeting by entering characters (Press Back to erase

single character, press and hold Back to erase entire entry. See pages 25-28 for the
entering method.)

6.Press MENU/OK.

Note: When Calendar or Screen Saver is set for Standby Display, greeting is not displayed.

S e t t i n g F o n t S i z e

There are four font size settings for the messages notification and browser. To change
the font size, follow these steps:
1. From the Standby mode, press MENU/OK to display the main menu.
2. Highlight S e t t i n g s , and press  MENU/OK.
3. Highlight D i s p l a y , and press  MENU/OK.
4. Highlight F o n t   S i z e , and press  MENU/OK.
5. Highlight N o t i f i c a t i o n s  or B r o w s e r , and press MENU/OK.
6. Select your desired font size.

Press Preview (right softkey) to display a font size example. Then press MENU/OK
to return to the setting display.

7. Press MENU/OK to set the selected font.

Tip: From the font example display, you can see the larger/smaller font displays by pressing left/right

of the Navigation key.

To change the display color setting:
1. From the Standby mode, press  MENU/OK to display the main menu.
2. Highlight S e t t i n g s , and press  MENU/OK.
3. Highlight D i s p l a y , and press  MENU/OK.
4. Highlight C o l o r , and press  MENU/OK.
5. Select your desired color, and press  MENU/OK.
