Options:
l S e t D a t e sets the selected date to the holiday.
l S e t W e e k l y sets the weekly holidays.
l R e s e t D a t e resets the holiday setting for the selected date.

A d d i n g a n E v e n t t o t h e S c h e d u l e r
Your Scheduler helps organize your time and reminds you of important events.
To add an event:
1 . From the Standby mode, press MENU/OK to display the main menu.
2 . Highlight C a l e n d a r and press MENU/OK.
3 . Highlight the day you want to add an event to by using the Navigation key and press
MENU/OK.
4 . From the event list display, press Options (right softkey) to display the options.
5 . Highlight A d d E v e n t , and press MENU/OK.
6 . Highlight S c h e d u l e E v e n t , and press MENU/OK.
7. Enter the description and press MENU/OK or press MENU/OK without entering the
description.
8 . Select the box under the following event details, and press MENU/OK.
l D e s c r i p t i o n Entering a description of your event (up to 14 characters).
l F r o m Scheduling the start time.
l T o Scheduling the end time.
l L o c a t i o n Editing the location of your event (up to 14 characters).
l A l a r m Select your desired setting from O n or O f f .
l Alarm Time Editing the alarm time (number of hours or minutes before the event
starts). Default alarm times are 10 minutes.
l R e p e a t Repeating the event. Select N o n e , D a i l y , W e e k l y , M o n t h l y , or Yearly .

E v e n t A l e r t s
There are several ways your PCS Phone alerts you of scheduled events:
l By playing the alert tone. (Depends on the setting Alert and Key Volume.)
l By blinking the LED.
l By displaying event’s description on the LCD.
