Adding a Call Alarm to the Scheduler
To add a Call Alarm from the Scheduler:

From the Standby mode, press Menu to display the main menu.

. Highlight Calendar and press OK.

Highlight the day you want to add an event to by using the Navigation key and press
OK.

Press Menu to display the options.

Highlight Add Event, and press OK.

Highlight Call Alarm, and press OK.

Highlight one of the following event details, and press OK.
l Phone# Editing the phone number:
Enter the phone number directly and press OK.
or
Press Menu, then highlight From Phone Book or Voicemail and press OK.
When you selected From Phone Book , you can extract the entry phone number
by following the prompt order.

Press Menu, then highlight From Phone Book or Voicemail and press OK.
When you selected From Phone Book , you can extract the entry phone number
by following the prompt order.
l Time/Date Editing the start time/date.
l Repeat Repeating the Call Alarm. Select N o n e , Daily , Weekly , Monthly , or Yearly .

Press Save (left softkey).

You can also add a Call Alarm from the Phone Book menu. (See “Adding a Call Alarm From the
Internal Phone Book ” on page 48.)
Call Alarm Alerts
There are several ways your Sprint PCS Phone alerts you of scheduled call alarm:
By playing the alert tone.
By blinking the LED.
By playing the alert tone.
By blinking the LED.
Call Alarm Menu
When your phone is turned on and you have scheduled a call alarm, your phone alerts
you and displays the following options. To select an option, highlight it and press OK.

Press OK or View (left softkey) to see the call alarm details.

Highlight an option and press OK.
l Call to dial the scheduled phone number.
l Snooze to repeat the alarm in ten minutes.
l Save Phone# to save the scheduled phone number if it is not already in your
Internal Phone Book or if the caller’s phone number has already been stored in the
any Phone Book entry, Alternate appears instead of Save Phone#.

l Erase to delete the call alarm (even if it is a repeating event).
