Viewing and Clearing Memory
To view available and used memory space:

From the Standby mode, press Menu to display the main menu.

. Highlight Calendar and press OK.

Press Menu to display the options.

Highlight View Memory , and press OK.

Highlight Schedule Event, Call Alarm or To Do List .

Press OK.

Highlight an option, and press OK.
Options:
l Erase Old deletes the old events or call alarms.
l Erase Done deletes the To Do that were done.
l Erase All deletes the all events, call alarms or To Do.

Highlight Yes or No , and press OK.
l You can also select Erase Memory at step 4 above to erase the data.
