Erasing All My Content 

To erase all the downloaded data from web: 
1.    From the Security Menu display (See “Accessing the Security Menu” on page 31), select 

Erase/Reset and press MENU/OK. 

2.  Select Erase My Content and press MENU/OK. 
3.    If you’re sure you want to erase your Contacts, press OK (left softkey), select Yes and press 

MENU/OK. 

 

Erasing Your Picture Mail   

This option resets all pictures saved in your phone. 

To erase your pictures: 
1.  

From the Security Menu display (See “Accessing the Security Menu” on page 31), select 

Erase/Reset and press MENU/OK. 

2.  

Select Erase Pictures and press MENU/OK.

 

3.  

If you’re sure you want to erase your Contacts, press OK (left softkey), select Yes and press 

MENU/OK. 

 

Erasing Voice Memo 

To erase all voice memos you have recorded: 
1.    From the Security Menu display (See “Accessing the Security Menu” on page 31), select 

Erase/Reset and press MENU/OK. 

2.  

Select Erase Voice Memo and press MENU/OK. 

3.  

If you’re sure you want to erase your Contacts, press OK (left softkey), select Yes and press 

MENU/OK. 

 

Erasing Voice Tag 

To erase all voice tags you have recorded: 
1.    From the Security Menu display (See “Accessing the Security Menu” on page 31), select 

Erase/Reset and press MENU/OK. 

2.  

Select Erase Voice Tag and press MENU/OK. 

2.  If you’re sure you want to erase your Contacts, press OK (left softkey), select Yes and press 

MENU/OK. 

 

Erasing Message 

To erase all messages (including locked ones) in the Inbox, Sent Mail ,Pending, and Drafts 

folders; all Recent Lists; and all user-created preset messages : 

1.    From the Security Menu display (See “Accessing the Security Menu” on page 31), select 

Erase/Reset and press MENU/OK. 

2.  

Select Erase Messsages and press MENU/OK. 

3.  

If you’re sure you want to erase your Contacts, press OK (left softkey), select Yes and press 

MENU/OK.
