Setting the Side Key Guard
This feature enables you to lock your external keys while the phone is closed.
To activate this feature:

Select MENU/OK > Settings > Side Key Guard > On.

Key Guard appears on the Sub LCD when you press any side key while the phone is
closed.

Note: This feature does not apply when the phone is open.
Setting Abbreviated Dialing
To activate the Ph. Book Match feature:
1. Select MENU/OK >Settings > More… > Call Setup > Abbrev. Dial.
2. Select Ph. Book Match.
3. Select On.

To activate the Prepend feature:
1. Select MENU/OK >Settings > More… > Call Setup > Abbrev. Dial.
2. Select Prepend.

4. Enter the first five- or six-digit prefix in the Prepend# field and then select OK(left softkey).
