Use the up and down <Arrow> keys to select an item. Use 
the <Plus> and <Minus> keys to change the value of the 
selected option.

Use [Enter], [TAB] or 
[SHIFT_TAB] to select 
a field

Use [+] or [-] to config-
ure system time.
