Required Components
One GuardianOS-based SnapServer running GuardianOS 5.0 or higher is required for the Snap EDR 
Management Console to confi gure and manage the Snap EDR jobs and maintain the job logs. 
At least one source server and one or more SnapServer NAS system or Application Servers.
Two or more licensed copies of Snap EDR software (each Snap EDR Agent requires a unique license).
Standard IP network access with one of the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater, 
Netscape Navigator 6.1 or greater.

System Memory
512MB of memory is suitable for most agent applications. For SnapServer NAS DX2, N2000, DX1 and 
410 systems, which are capable of acting as management consoles, the minimum memory is 1GB 
(Note: SnapServer NAS fi xed memory systems such as the 210, are not recommended as Snap EDR 
Management consoles. Depending on workload, the SnapServer running the SnapEDR Management 
Console may require additional memory).
Disk Space
Installation directory size for each Snap EDR agent should be at least 35MB.

Minimum: Gigabit Ethernet preferred.
