DESCRIPTION:
This document describes ValueRAM's 16M x 64-bit (128MB), CAS Latency 2 (CL2)
SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) 100MHz low profile memory module. The components on
this module include eight 8M x 16-bit (2M x 16-bit x 4 Bank / PC100 components) SDRAM
in TSOP packages. This 168-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +3.3V. The
electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:
