This document describes ValueRAM's 16M x 72-bit (128MB) CL2 SDRAM (Synchronous
DRAM) PC133 ECC memory module. The components on this module include nine
16M x 8-bit (4M x 8-bit x 4 Bank)  PC133 SDRAM in TSOP packages. This 168-pin DIMM
uses gold contact fingers and requires +3.3V. The electrical and mechanical specifications
are as follows:
