GENERAL INFORMATION

•  The parent unit and the camera unit may be too close 

to each other. Make sure the parent unit and camera 
unit is at least 5 feet away from each other.

•  The speaker volume of the parent unit maybe set too 

high. Decrease the volume of the parent unit.

•  The LCD brightness may be set too high. Try to 

decrease the brightness level. Refer to section 4.3 for 
details.

•  The volume level of the parent unit may be set too high 

which consumes power. Decrease the volume level of 
the parent unit.  Refer to section 3.3 for volume level 
settings.

•  Make sure the camera unit is powered on, and link 

between parent unit and camera unit is normal.

•  Check that the volume is loud enough at the camera 

unit, refer to section 3.4.
