Compaq Networking Cable Management Kit provides an easy way to organize 
and route cables within a rack.  Ten cable clips, ten cable rings, one 1U access 
panel, and one 2U access panels included a kit.  
 

 

This kit contains10 D rings that mount in the back rails of the rack and allow for 
cables to be routed an organized within the rack.  

The short rear door for the 9142 or 9136 racks allows 7 inches of room at the rear of the rack for 
cables while maintaining the security of the rack with a locking door. Each kit comes with one 
door. 
 
**NOTE: Kit not compatible with the 9842 rack. 

The extension kit for the 9142 or 9136 rack is a steel collar that attaches to the rear of the rack and 
provides an additional 100mm (3.94”) of space for cable management or equipment. Each kit comes 
with one collar. 
 
 

This option is offered for the 600mm wide, 42U 9000 series rack to allow for full access to rack mounted 
equipment without blocking data center aisles and to support the ISSG server group request.
