Cellebrite Touch facilitates the transfer of personal 
data from one phone to another: contacts, images, 
SMS messages, video and audio files, ringtones 
and more. Personal content can also be securely 
backed up to a USB flash drive, SD card, remote 
server or the cloud.

Cellebrite’s integrated Diagnostic solution uses an 
intuitive GUI to guide service agents through 
problem isolation and resolution. This 
comprehensive tool enables the fast identification 
and resolution of mobile device faults in-store - 
substantially reducing the need to send NFF (No 
Fault Found) phones to labs and repair shops, 
minimizing costs, saving time and improving 
customer service.

With Cellebrite Touch, retailers can offer delivery 
and side-loading of applications and content 
packages in-store, enabling dynamic 
personalization according to user profile; phone 
type and content preferences. Retailers can also 
promote specific content.

Cellebrite Analytics provides comprehensive 
monitoring and daily reports of store/branch-wide 
transactional activities, including number of 
transactions, phone types and models involved in 
activity according to store, date and time of 
transaction and type of content transferred. 
Up-to-the-minute statistics from various branch 
stores are centralized and delivered via the report 
generator.
