e) Submenu „My Files“

This submenu is used to play back the recordings on the SD-/SDHC memory card on the display of the

screen/DVR.

If you insert the SD/SDHC memory card into a suitable card reader of your computer, the recor-

dings can be played back there as well.

In the OSD menu, use the buttons „4“ and „6“ to select the submenu „My Files“ and push the button

“.

Then use the buttons „4“ and „6“ to choose between playback of pictures and videos and then push

“.

Function „Video“
• If there are recordings, subdirectories are set up that are named according to the recording date.
Example: Subdirectory „20130915“ -> year „2013“, month „09“, date „15“ -> the subdirectory contains all

recordings that were saved on 15 September 2013.

The buttons „2“ and „8“ can be used to select a subdirectory. It is marked in colour.

To delete the selected subdirectory (or to delete all subdirectories), keep the button „

“ pu-

shed for about one second.

Then a window „Delete All/Current, Cancel“ is displayed.

Use the buttons „2“ and „8“ to choose between:

„Delete All“:

Delete all subdirectories

„Delete Current“:

Only delete the currently selected subdirectory

„Cancel“:

Cancel

Confirm the selection with „

“. If „Delete All“ or „Delete Current“ were chosen, a safety

prompt will appear („Yes“ = delete, „No“ = cancel). Select your answer as usual with the buttons

„2“ and „8“ and confirm with „

“.

Attention!

Deleted data cannot be recovered!

“. Then the display shows all present recordings. The file name will show

the recording starting time (hours/minutes/seconds) and the channel number (CH1 or CH2).

  The type of recording is also appended to the file name:
  „MAN“ = manual recording
  „MOT“ = recording was triggered by motion detection
  „APP“ = automatic recording
  Example: 214240_CH1_MOT.AVI -> recording started at 21:42:40 hours, on channel 1, this is a motion-

detection-triggered recording (e.g. a person in the monitoring area.
