DESCRIPTION:
ValueRAM's KVR400S4R3AK2/1G is a kit of two 64M x 72-bit (512MB) DDR400 CL3
SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) "single rank" Registered ECC memory modules. Total kit
capacity is 1GB (1024MB). The components on each module include eighteen 64M x 4-bit
(16M x 4-Bit x 4 bank) DDR400 SDRAM in FBGA packages. Each 184-pin DIMM uses gold
contact fingers and requires +2.6V. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as
follows:
