Only the most recent emails in your account are 

downloaded to your phone. To download more 

(earlier) email messages, touch 

Load more e-mails 

at the bottom of the emails list.

Working with account folders

Each account has an Inbox, Outbox, Sent, Drafts, 

and Trash folder. Depending on the features 

supported by your account's service provider, you 

may have additional folders.

Composing and sending email

To compose and send a message
1.  While in the 

E-mail application, touch the Menu 

, then touch 

Compose.

2. Enter an address for the message's intended 

recipient. As you enter text, matching addresses 

are offered from your Contacts. Separate multiple 

addresses with semicolons.

3. Touch 

Attach to attach any files you want to send 

or touch the 

Menu Key 

 and select 

Bcc to copy other recipients.

4. Enter the text of the message.
