Contacts make it easy to e-mail anyone in your list. You’re not limited to e-mail 
addresses

you can also create lists of friends’ home addresses and phone numbers, 

and so on.

Tap on Start, Programs, Contacts, or
If Contacts is listed in your Start menu, tap on Start, Contacts.

7.5.1  Adding Contacts

Tap on New to display a New Contact screen.

Type the information into the applicable fields for the contact you want to add.

Tap OK

your contact now appears on the Contacts screen.
