decrease value of the setting; toggle setting options

The GP123 uses 2 x AAA batteries which have already been 
installed.

If  the  battery  power  of  the  unit  is  low, 

  and  ‘need  new 

batt’ are displayed. Promptly replace the battery to ensure 
continuous operation of GPS and other functions.
