Only a user assigned to the Provisioning Manager role can define users and groups for an
application
Only the users and groups provisioned for the application are available when you select users
and groups.
To select users and groups for an application:

From Select Users and Groups, select an option:
Show All to show all users that are provisioned
Users or Groups, and in Search Criteria, enter the search criteria, and click Search.

From Available Users and Groups, select users and groups to assign to the application, and use the arrow
keys to move them to the Selected Users column.
Tip:
Use the Shift and Ctrl keys to add or remove multiple users and groups.

Click Next or Select Classes.
Assigning User Access to Security Classes
After you define users and groups and security classes, you can specify the level of access each
user and group has to each security class in the application and set up e-mail alerts.
Note:
You must select users and classes for the application before you can access the Assign Access
module.

You can use the Pivot Table feature to toggle between two views for assigning access. For example,
if you have users and groups on rows and security classes on columns and click Pivot Table,
users and groups will be on columns and security classes on rows.
