Phone Type
Select the type of digital telephone that the Meridian
Digital Telephone IP Adapter unit attaches to, using the
drop down list box. Valid options are: M2008, M2216,
M2616, M2616CT, M3310, M3820, M3902, M3903,
M3904, M3905, and OTHER.

Addon Module Type
Select the type of addon module attached to the Meridian
