Locations store address information for your 
machines. Setup, audit, exception, and service data 
are all stored and reported by location. 
 

 
In addition to creating the 

Owner ID the first time you 

launch the Management Software, you are also 
prompted to enter 

New Location Info. If you chose 

not to enter 

New Location Info at that time, or would 

like to create additional locations, follow the steps 
below. At least one location must be created before a 
HotSync

®

 operation can be done. 

 
1. Select 

Locations, Create New Location from 

the menu. 

2.  Enter the appropriate information into the

3. Click 

on 

Submit. 

4.  Repeat steps 1-3 to create additional locations.
