T his  warranty  statement  is  absolute.  No  person  or  organization  is  authorized  to 

alter  this  warranty  in  any  way.  Any  statements  made  outside  of  the  information 

list will not be honored. 



T his warranty covers defects in materials or construction of the product

Damage  occurring  during  the  shipping  of  the  product  for  repa ir.  Su ch  claims 

must be presented to the shipping carrier



Damage  caused  by  accident  or  abuse.  T he  manufacturer  reserves  the  right  to 

determine damage caused by abuse.



B roken LCD  panels

Dropped or externally damaged product



Damage caused by negligence,  improper operation, or misuse



Damage  caused  by  an  act  of  G od,  including  but  not  limited  to,  fire,  flood, 

ea rthquake,  or other naturally occurring events.



T he cost of uninstalling or reinstalling the covered or uncovered product.



C hanges  or  modifications  made  to  this  product  not  authorized  by  the 

manufacturer



Any  service  performed  by  unauthorized  persons,  including  unauthorized 

profess ional repair persons



Any product with a damaged or miss ing serial number



Any product not purchased from an authorized dealer

T his  warranty  gives  the  owner  specific  legal  rights.  You  may  also  have  other 

rights which vary from state to state. S ome states do not allow limitations on how 

long  an  implied  warranty  lasts.  S ome  states  do  not  allow  the  exclusion  or 

limitation of incidental damages. Limitations in regards to these matters may not 

apply to you.

How to obtain W arranty service



In  the  event  your  product  requires  warranty  service  you  must  first  contact  our 

warranty department (see “C ustomer service ontact information“ below)



You  will  be  required  to  provide  the  original  proof  or  purchase,  a  detailed

You will be given an authorization number which must be attached to the product 

being sent in for warranty service.
