A  sleek  LED  control  panel  with  two  knobs  and  six  touch  keys  for 

clock,  timer,  temperature  and  functions  also  displays  the  preheat 

temperature, and remembers last settings for quick and easy use.

Cooks  will  love  the  strong,  full  glide,  reinforced  oven  racks  on  ball 

bearings  that  will  support  heavy  pans  and  the  biggest  turkey  in  full 

extension. Three racks can be easily moved to five available positons.

Twelve oven modes provide versatility and convenience. Handy oven 

modes such as “Keep Warm” ensure a consistent 140°F temperature 

allowing your meal to stay warm without further baking.

“Pizza” mode uses the lower convection function for the ideal crust, 

and “Thaw” lets food temperatures lower and defrost evenly, avoiding 

spoilage that can occur in microwaves.

The  Scholtès  built-in  electric  oven,  at  30”  wide  and  boasting  a  large  capacity  of 

4.1 cu ft, uses a unique dual fan convection system to provide increased air circulation 

and the most even cooking temperatures available. The dual fans allow heat to reach 

areas of the oven that a single fan configuration would not achieve. The result? Far 

more  even  cooking  abilities  throughout  the  whole  oven  cavity  for  perfect  results  no 

matter which rack or location of the food.  And, multiple dishes cooking on each rack 

at the same time are guaranteed the same temperature and conditions.
