Kingston Technology ValueRAM 256MB 400MHz DDR KVR400X64SC3A/2 数据表

This document describes ValueRAM's 32M x 64-bit (256MB) DDR400 CL3 SDRAM
(Synchronous DRAM) memory module. The components on this module include eight
16M x 16-bit (4M x 16-bit x 4 Bank )  DDR400 SDRAM in TSOP packages. This 200-pin
DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +2.6V. The electrical and mechanical
specifications are as follows:
