Before using the oven for preparing food: 


  Remove the protective film from the oven door and control panel 



  Remove all accessories from the oven 



  Remove all stickers from the baking tray, from the roasting pan or from the interior cavity of the oven 



  Remove all spacers and packing material from the interior of the oven cavity 



  Make sure the room is properly ventilated 



  Run the oven for 2 hours at 500F / 260C in turbo mode. 



  The two cavities all identical in the double oven and can be operated at the same time, except for pirolytyc 

cleaning function. 



  The display will show the status of one of the two cavities at a time.The cavity shown on the display is 

indicated by the symbol XX or YY  placed on the upper right corner. 



  In most of the different operation menu the cavity displayed id shown on the screen by the symbol XX or 

YY 

 



  To switch the display from one cavity to the other : 

PRO models : 

A – in stand –by condition operate the  function control knobs 

B- during operation : touch the area indicated by the symbol XX or YY on the left side of the display 

 

CON models  

Always touch the dedicated areas indicated by the symbol  XX or YY on the control panel. 

The switch of the display is confirmed by sound. 

 

The touch area will remain lit for 3 seconds after the touch. 

 



  The oven will normally work even if its status is not displayed. In case an event happens in a cavity when 

the oven status is not displayed (e.g end of cooking function or request of introduction of a food probe) the 

interface display will automatically switch to this oven status. 



  It is always possible to switch from one oven status to the other using the different switch buttons. 



  The modification of the oven parameters affects both cavities at the same time and it is only possible when 

both cavities are switched off. 



  In case of a malfunction on one of the cavity, depending on the type of malfunction it will be possible to 

continue to operate the other cavity. Specific warning messages will be displayed. 
 

This pre-operating procedure will ensure that all internal residues burn off prior to preparing food.
