M7 doesn't work properly
 • Is the M7 properly powered?
 • Does the M7’s front LED indicator 
remain red, 5 minutes after  
turning it on?
 • Apply power to the M7 properly.
 • Check whether the Wi-Fi router 
you’re using had been certified 
with Wi-Fi or not.
 • Turn the M7 off, and reconnect to 
the wireless router.
 • Reset the M7 (see page 64).
 • If used with a HUB
 - Make sure the smartphone and 
the HUB are connected to the 
same Wi-Fi network. 
 - Make sure the HUB’s indicator 
shows its proper operation (see 
page 22, item 3).
 - If the problem persists, reset the 
HUB (see page 64).
 - Turn off and turn on the HUB, 
then turn off and turn on the M7 
again.
 - If you experience troubles with 
connecting the HUB and M7, 
try relocating the M7 to have 
shorter distance to the wireless 
router or HUB.
I cannot group speakers.
 • Is the product connected to the 
network via Wi-Fi?
 • Check if the product is connected 
to the network via Bluetooth, NFC 
tagging, TV SoundConnect or AUX IN.
