With the SNAP SHOT feature, your camcorder functions like a regu-
lar film camera, allowing you to take single still pictures.
-

The SNAP SHOT function operates in the CAMERA mode.

1. Set the power switch to CAMERA mode.

2. Aim the Camera at the image you want to

record and press the SNAP SHOT button.

■

At this time, be careful not to shake your
camcorder because the image will be
blurred.

3. After the SNAP SHOT button has been 

pressed, your camcorder will record the still
image for 6 seconds, then automatically return
to STANDBY mode.

■

You can check the remaining time for 
SNAP SHOT recording by looking at the
time displayed on the screen.

■

To stop SNAP SHOT recording, 
press the SNAP SHOT button again.

■

If the camcorder is knocked or shaken while taking a SNAP
SHOT, the image may be blurred.

■

The SNAP SHOT is activated during shooting.

■

The still image will be displayed on the display if the SNAP
SHOT button is pressed in CAMERA mode but no tape has
been inserted in your camcorder.

■

The SNAP SHOT function will not operate in EASY, MENU or 

CUSTOM modes.

Con la función de SNAP SHOT, se puede filmar un objeto fijo con
una duración como la de una cámara de filmación normal.

La funcion SNAP SHOT opera en el modo CAMERA.

1. Ponga el interruptor de encendido en modo

CAMERA.

2. Pulse el botón SNAP SHOT en la dirección

de parada en la que desea filmar.

■

En este momento, tenga cuidado de no
agitar la cámara de vídeo porque la ima-
gen se filmará indistintamente.

3. Cuando se pulsa el botón SNAP SHOT,

la cámara de vídeo se pondrá automática-
mente en el modo STANDBY tras la fil-
mación de las imágenes fijas durante 
6 segundos.

Puede comprobar el tiempo restante de 
SNAP SHOT mirando al tiempo mostra-
do en la pantalla.

■

Para detener la SNAP SHOT, pulse de 
nuevo el botón SNAP SHOT.

■

Si la camara se mueve bruscamente las instantaneas se
pueden ver "movidas".

■

El SNAP SHOT es activado en filmación.

■

Cual el botón SNAP SHOT es pulsado en el modo CAMERA
sin ningún videocasete, la pantalla parada desaparecerá.

■

La funcion SNAP SHOT no funcionara en modos EASY, MENU
o CUSTOM.
