  may appear at your Local Area 

Connection as “Limited or no connectivity”. This is because IP camera 

cannot assign IP to your computer. Therefore, you will need to manually 

assign your computer’s IP to connect to the IP Camera.

1. Click “Start” -> “Control Panel”
