Touch [4 PC (SMB)].

The PC (SMB) screen appears.

Touch [New].

New screen 1/3 appears.

To specify the registration number, touch [No.], and then use the key-
pad to type in the number.

Touch [Name], and then type in the registration name, using the key-
board that appears.

Touch [OK].

Touch [User ID], and then type in the user ID, using the keyboard that 
appears.
