The AC adaptor or power cord is used as the main disconnect device. Ensure that the power outlet is installed 
near the product and is easily accessible.

Do not put your ear(s) near the speaker, as loud sounds emitted from the speaker may cause hearing 
impairment.

Use only the battery(ies) specifi ed.

L

Do not open or mutilate the battery(ies). Released electrolyte from the batteries is corrosive and may cause 
burns or injury to the eyes or skin. The electrolyte is toxic and may be harmful if swallowed.

Exercise care when handling the battery(ies). Do not allow conductive materials such as rings, bracelets 
or keys to touch the battery(ies), otherwise a short circuit may cause the battery(ies) and/or the conductive 
material to overheat and cause burns.

Charge the battery(ies) provided, or identifi ed for use with the product only, in accordance with the instructions 
and limitations specifi ed in this manual.

Only use the compatible charger to charge the battery(ies). Do not tamper with the charger. Failure to follow 
these instructions may cause the battery(ies) to swell or explode.

When using this unit, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fi re, electric shock, 
or personal injury.
  1.  Do not use this unit near water. For example, near a bathtub, wash bowl, kitchen sink, or laundry tub, in a 

wet basement, or near a swimming pool, and the like.

  2.  Use only the power cord and the battery(ies) indicated in this manual.
  3.  Do not dispose of the battery(ies) in a fi re. They may explode. Check with local waste management codes 

for special disposal instructions.
