Clickable PhoneStatus Object (6739i only)

On the 6739i, the status messages are displayed in a 
“box” on the idle screen, which is also used by the 
phone to display missed calls. This “box” can either be 
flat or a button the user can press if an URI has been 
sent along with the XML object.

Allows you to set the time delay, in seconds, between 
the scrolling of each status message on the phone.
