Using the directory and other lists
Gigaset SL 100 / AUS/NZL / A31008-L100-L102-1-7619 / Directories.fm / 08.03.2004
Transfer a directory or speed dial list to another handset.
Precondition:
You can only transfer numbers if the receiving and sending handset are registered with
the same base station.
To do this:
1. Select the menu functions Copy Entry or Copy List.
2. Enter and confirm the internal number of the receiving handset.
– After an entry has been sent you are asked if you want to send another entry. If
you want to transfer more entries, confirm by pressing display key
Yes
.
– If you want to terminate transfer, confirm by pressing display key
No
.
3. The successful transfer of data is confirmed with a message and with the confirma-
tion tone at the receiving handset.
Note:
VIP settings, stored voice patterns and speed dial digits are not sent.
Entries with identical telephone numbers are not overwritten during transfer. The
number of entries that are stored in the receiving handset may therefore differ from
the number of entries that you have sent to it.
The transfer is cancelled if the phone rings or if the memory of the receiving handset
is full. The last entry to be transferred appears in the display.
Adding a displayed telephone number to the directory
If a call number (CLIP) or a call number and the corresponding name (CNIP) are shown
in the display, you can transfer them to your directory. This can be done while dialling
from the last number redial list, from the calls list or during a call.
