Starting and Stopping AntiVir MailGate Manually

The script
/usr/lib/AntiVir/avmailgate

Since version 3.0.0, MailGate uses a new scanner, which must be started before
avmailgate.bin. Therefore, you have to start and stop MailGate with the avmailgate
