refer to the FAA Advisory Circular AC 150/5340-26, Maintenance 

of Airport Visual Aids Facilities, for instructions on safety 

precautions.

power prior to making any wire connections and touching any 

parts.  Refer to FAA Advisory Circular AC 150/5340-26.
