Input Form
This form specifies which errors display on the report. When all selections have

Specifies error records starting from the time specified by

errors from the earliest record in the log are displayed.

of a type of equipment in one of the following fields. If no entry is made,

Cabinet: Enter the cabinet number (1-22).
