In the top right-hand corner of the 
preview image, the number of pho-
tos which can still be taken in the 
selected resolution is displayed. This 
number varies considerably accord-
ing to the subject matter (storage 
space required). You willl find a ref-
erence to the selected resolution 
beneath the preview image. In video 
mode, the recording time already 
used and the maximum recording 
time still available is shown here.
Photo mode

Takes a photo.

Displays the preview 
image of the next photo.
The photo is saved with a name, the 
date and the time. To enter the 
name, see 
Setup
 in the options menu 
(p. 27).
Settings prior to taking a photo:
F
Sets the brightness.
I
Sets the zoom factor.
Image resolution
The image resolution quality can be 
adjusted regardless of the preview 
image resolution. 
The resolution may decrease 
depending on the selected digital 
zoom.
