7) Click 

Connect to re-establish a connection with the switch and press Enter to download the 

program. The terminal displays the following information: 

Now please start transfer file with XMODEM protocol. 

If you want to exit, Press <Ctrl+X>

8) Select 

Transfer > Send File in the HyperTerminal window. In the popup dialog box shown in the 

following figure, click Browse to select the software you need to download, and set the protocol to 

XMODEM.
