3  The following are changes to the front panel interface: 

a  Added a Flash Verification screen to display flash memory area checksums 

to support device comparisons. 

b  The ASI output setup screens were expanded to include parameters for 

configuring remultiplexed (DM) streams for the ASI outputs. These 
parameters do not affect non-DM operation of the D9804 MTR. 

c  The ASI output status screens show additional status information 

pertaining to deterministic remultiplexing. These status items do not affect 
non-DM operation of the D9804 MTR. 

d  Added menu items to allow the setting of specific control parameters for 

remultiplexing time thresholds for alarm indication and duration of null 
stuffing, to replace corrupt or missing content. These menu items do not 
affect non-DM operation of the D9804 MTR. 

4  Updated the set and reset description texts of many previously defined alarms 

and warnings to facilitate network diagnostics.
