The following issues are resolved in version 2.20: 

CSCzr00951 

ASI Outputs not muted on NIT update. 

Issue 

The ASI outputs are not muted if the required RF carrier is 
removed from the NIT. 

CSCzr00929 

Unlocked RF Inputs after AC power supply failure. 

Issue 

LNB power supply loses configuration after AC power brown-
out. The LNB power supplies are now reconfigured after 30 
seconds of continuous loss of RF lock.

ASI Outputs stuck in mute state. 

Issue 

The ASI outputs are stuck in the mute state, with or without 
alarms, after network control changes. 

CSCzr00962 

ASI Outputs stuck in mute state after uplink group 
assignment. 

Issue 

The ASI output is muted after group assignment changes. 

CSCzr01348 

Failure to achieve ASI output PLL bitrate control for 
decombined stream. 

Issue 

The D9804 MTR is unable to lock to the bit rate of the 
decombined stream when there is a significant difference 
between system element clock rates (e.g., DTF, MTR).

HTTP - Implement timeout to handle idle connections. 

Issue 

A user is unable to log on to the D9804 web GUI from another 
PC if a previous user did not log out.

System Startup SNMP trap message contents should be more 
informative. 

Issue 

The startup trap message does not provide the reason for the 
last reboot or identify the D9804 MTR application version.

Fan startup issue. 

Issue 

Excessive fan noise during D9804 device restart.
