The CTI Server sends the ALTERNATE_CALL_CONF message, defined in

receipt of the request.
ANSWER_CALL_REQ
Use this message upon delivery of an alerting call, to connect the alerting call at the device that is 
alerting. The ANSWER_CALL_REQ message is defined in 
AgentInstrument
