USING THE AUTO RAPID DEFROST FEATURE
The Auto Rapid Defrost feature enables you to defrost meat, poultry, fish, fruit/berry.
The defrost time and power level are set automatically.
You simply select the programme and the weight.
First, place the frozen food in the centre of the turntable and close the door.
1.  Press the Rapid Defrost button.
2. 
Select the type of food that you are cooking by pressing the 
Up/Down button. Refer to the table on the following page 
for a description of the various pre-programmed settings.  
At that time, press the Select button to select the type of 
food.
3.  Select the size of the serving by pressing the Up/Down button.
4. 
Press the START button.
Result: 
•  Defrosting begins.
•  The oven beeps halfway through defrosting 
to remind you to turn the food over.
5.  Press the START button again to continue defrosting.
Result:  When cooking has finished, the oven will beep 
and flash “End” 4 times. The oven will then beep 
one time per minute.

ou can also defrost food manually. To do so, select the microwave cooking/
reheating function with a power level of 180 W. Refer to the section entitled 
“Cooking/Reheating” on page 15 for further details.
Use only dishes that are microwave-safe.

200-250 ml Milk - 200 ml, Sugar - 2 Tsp., Cacao - 1 Tsp.
Instructions
Add cacao and sugar into milk. Heat uncovered.  
Leave it to stand in the oven. Be careful while taking the cup out.

chocolate
350-400 ml Dark chocolate - 100 g, Milk or cream (10 %) - 250 ml,  
Water - 1-2 table spoons, Sugar - to your taste, 
Whipped cream - to your taste
Instructions
Grind the chocolate. Add water and milk and mix.  
Beat up the mixture. Heat uncovered. Leave it to stand in the oven. 
Be careful while taking the cup out.

Cranberry 
mors
200 ml
Frozen cranberry - 40 g, Sugar - 30 g, Water - 200 ml
Instructions
Frozen cranberry cut by mincer. Put all ingredients into a bowl.  
Start cooking. Cool and strain.

Dry fruit 
compote
200 ml
Dry apricot – 25 g, Prune - 20g, Dry apple - 15 g, 
Sugar - 10g, Lemon acid - 2 dash,  
Boiling water - 450 ml
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a big bowl, add boiling water. Start cooking.
