Contacts
You can store up to 255 contacts in 
the phone memory with several tele-
phone and fax numbers and other 
address details. These entries are 
managed separately from the entries 
on the SIM card. However, you can 
exchange data between contacts 
and the SIM card (p. 26).

You will see the entries on the SIM 
card, the groups, and the list of con-
tacts in the phone memory:

Select or edit phone num-
bers stored on the SIM card 
Group
Entries can be organised 
The list of contacts in the phone 
memory follows next. If you have 
not created any entries yet, then just 
SIM entries
 and 
Group
 are displayed.
Enter new contacts

Enter first and/or last 
name.

Always enter phone 
number with dialling code.
(Save)
Store the entry.
Make further entries field by field.

Select options from the 
following fields:
Caller group:
Select a group (see also p. 27).
Caller pictures 
Assign a picture to a contact. It is dis-
played if you are called by the corre-
sponding phone number. 
Ringtone
Assign a specific ringtone to a con-
tact. It is played if you are called by 
the corresponding phone number.

Save changed settings.
