and its implementation.  

4.2  Product Acceptance Standard 

A.  Serious defection: failed lamp lighting; snaking phenomena 

B.  Small defection: improperly tinned, not a good sealing appearance, mercury flaw, phosphor 
flaw, insufficient luminance, and inexact dimension. 

C.  It is normal to find mercury on the inside of the lamp tube. 

D.  It is normal to find some darkness of the tube end. 
E.  The fall of the phosphor in the about 10mm of the tube end (ineffective length) is 

excluded.

6. Notes 

6.1 The specifications tested by Technologies of Lampus,it’s actual measurement of products, 

and after a careful review, Lampus reserves rights of revise and improve specifications 

without notice when necessary。 

6.2 Cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL), will be have different  current and voltage in different 

INVERTER drive, at the same time produce different heat, when assembly lamps, please pay 

attention  to  choose  a  suitable  lamp  working  current,  to  meet  the  lighting  materials  

temperature performance and prevent the unnecessary loss。 

6.3 When the wire of high voltage is very long , please pay attention to high and low voltage 

cables can not intertwined, usually suggested wiring two wire in the distance between parallel 
20mm above, Otherwise it will influence tubes for starting performance. 

6.4 Note protection the wire of high voltage , cannot be damaged, lest damage after high-pressure 

leak caused unnecessary loss.
