SATA DC Specification
1.
Applicable only when SATA port signaling rate is 1.5 Gb/s: SATA Vdiff, rx is measured at the SATA 
connector on the receiver side (generally, the motherboard connector), where 
SATA mVdiff p-p = 2*|SATA_RXP[x] – SATA_RXN[x]|

Applicable only when SATA port signaling rate is 3 Gb/s: SATA Vdiff, rx is measured at the SATA 
connector on the receiver side (generally, the motherboard connector), where
